In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us on beautiliciousqueen@hotmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
