At Beautilicious Queen due to hygiene reasons all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges on any items purchased through our website.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us on beautiliciousqueen@hotmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
