At Beautilicious Queen due to hygiene reasons all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds or allow exchanges on any items purchased through our website.
We encourage customers to choose all items carefully before placing an order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us on beautiliciousqueen@hotmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos and videos of the item and packaging. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit or another resolution at our discretion.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
